OPTi 931 chip is NOT supported in Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP. OPTi has stopped making drivers for this card/chip.

The best place for drivers I know of is www.driverguide.com and that's where I always go to look for a driver. In this case, though, there are only 3.1, 95, 98, NT, Linux and OS2 drivers.
Considering how cheap sound cards are these days, you'd do better dropping $20-$30 and getting something current anyhow.

Sorry, I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but I hope it helps anyhow.

I have had an Opti sound card which apparently was also owned by thousands of others looking for drivers. They are history. You will not find any XP drivers anywhere. You might be able to run it in XP "compatibility mode". Try this link to see something on the subject.

Otherwise I agree that driverguide.com is your best bet for at least a dos or w98 driver.
