I am receiving an error message that says "NTVDM KERNEL: Missing 16-bit system module" "please re-install the following module to your system 32 directory: SOUND.DRV"
This appears when I attempt to load programs for my kids. A CD of Windows XP was not included when I purchased my computer. Any help on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Check that it exists in all these locations and try copying from one location to another. You should create a restore point using System Restore before you do this (Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore).
Try running those programs in compatibility mode. Right click on the executable and select compatibility, win98/me as your system. Windows XP does not run 16 bit applications normally and this is likely where you problem is coming from, as Formflow is asking for a 16bit module. If you set the compatibility for win98, it will emulate a dos process that can run 16 bit modules.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
