I am trying to install MS Word 2000. The install gets at the halfway point, and then asks for the XP SP2 disk. I work in a corporation that uses a standard image, so I do not have this. I went into the reg keys [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup] and changed the ServicePackSourcePath to read from the C drive (it was set to E:\). It is still giving me errors!! What am I doing wrong? Do I need to be more specific? What precisely is it looking for? I did reinstall SP2, and reboot, etc… prior to attempting the install. Please help!
