Space for OS on Win2K

I’m setting up Exchange 2k on a Win2K server with 3 20 GB IDE drives. I think I should partition the C drive for just the OS and then RAID 5 remainder of C to the 2nd and 3rd drives. Is that a reasobalbe approach? How much of the initial Cdrive should I allow for Win2K OS only?
