I run a network (Win 2000) for 50 CPAS and need to find a product to control spam. I have tried Mcafee spam killer software for Exchnage 2000 demo. The problem ..it still sends the spam to the users junk folder so users can still be offended by email in there when they open it and there is so much hype about protecting your business enviroment. I attended a webcast for Intellireach SMTP appliance. It had some good features where users could change something in the junk folder to accept as mail. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a budget of about $2K..My wish is for a SMTP appliance to stop at the gateway. Please let me know what you are using and how you like it. I use Mcafee anti virus at the servers and workstations. I have upgraded to Mcafee Enterprise 7.0 on my XP pro workstations and plan to move from 4.5.1 on my servers.
