What do you use to filter SPAM from you e-mails? Be specific. I use filters on Exchange server but adding entries to the list is time consuming and the list is getting very log. Easier way to do it? Service/software that does it for your?

It is really difficult to filter SPAMS. Not even microsoft can do it. And adding to the list is useless since these spamers always use different addresses. At my office we cut Nescape, hotmail and other known sites that carry email addresses, we canonly use our very own company emails. But for my personnal e-mail at home, the hotmail.com, you can filter it by instructing that only mails from your address book can go to your inbox, the rest to the junk box. Unless it carries my name on title, Iwill just empty my junk mails with one click.

At home, on my sendmail server, I installed RBL checking.

At work, I installed MailGate from Corvigo. This lets all of the users determine if the spam was really spam or not. it’s pretty accurate.
