SPAM Question

By cdoucet ·
My company (a pharmacy) obviously has a lot of trouble with SPAM filters. In addition to having the pharmacy's URL in the email signature, we link to picture that happens to be on the pharmacy's website. My question is why do the SPAM filters catch the link for the website but NOT the link for the image?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

maybe because

it probably does a text scan, but is not looking at the HTML tags for URL data.

a good spam filter should be able to catch all of that, including disabling images.

It is catching the URL for the webside but not the URL linking to the picture which also happens to link to the website.
