When I found it, after Santee, both spam posts had one +1 vote… so, the bugger is actually logging in, putting up the spambait, changing logins, giving his OP a plus vote, putting up his spam payload, changing logins again, and then giving his spam payload a plus vote, too.
Now, he slipped up on that one, greedily putting a link in the spambait, but he has an even more artfully executed one in Questions, even making use of “Chosen Answer!!!”
Take no prisoners! Scalps, yes, prisoners, no. Don’t let the smart ones entrench themselves.
Actually, this means a single spamhunter can’t take their vote total to negatives, so extra cooperation is required.
