So i have a problem with speakers in my car adn my friends boat does the same thing. when the volume is turned down it does a humming buzzing sound almost like its trying to read a cd that doesn’t work or something. i know that its not the speakers blown out because i’ve replaced them adn it still happens any suggeestions?
