Speeding Up Clipart in Office XP

Does anyone know of a way to speed up the clipart in Office XP Professional. I work in a school district where we run over T1’s. However, the clipart is much slower via the Internet as compared to when we used Office 2000. Is there a way to make the clipart local. This would help us with our teacher laptop machines. At this time, they cnnot acces the Internet from home with them. If Office is set up to access clipart via the Internet, they will be out of luck. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!
