SPOOL32— Error

I’m running a server with Windows NT 4.0 with service pack 6 loaded with 35 PC’s on the Network. During the day several clients will get a SPOOL32-Illegal Operation Error and it’s not the same desktops or the same applications. It seems to move around from one desktop to another. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
