“Spooler SubSubsystem App has encountered a problem and needs to close”
I have a Dell Inspiron 8600 with WINXP. I have a HP Laserjet 1020 Printer. I noticed the above message keeps popping up, I cannot use my printer at all. No printers are listed in the Control Panel or device manager. I have had the same printer for a few months, I have not changed anything on my computer recently. I have also noticed that it has caused my computer to be very, very sluggish. I am starting to get passed being frustrated, right now I am down right pissed off. Is there any chance I have a virus ?
