For my last posting regarding shopnav spyware, I got the following answer.
“1st if this is xp shutdown the system restore.
2nd get spybot search and destroy update it and run it.
3rd http://www.spy-bot.net/ShopNav.asp. this is the procedure to remove it.
4th run lavasoft again.
5th the run your updated virus scaner
6th I also suggest you et a firewal”
But I could not understand the 1st and 2nd points. Can you explain little bit more?
