spycam

i recently got a response about spycam but it was not what i was looking for thxs anyway.
you see when u download these free spy cams they r good for survaliance but when ur trying to catch someone out whos camming on a chat room and camming, it won,t allow the cam to activate cause its already in use doing the survailance work. i was looking for something that will record someone useing my cam can anyone put some light on this without me buying and installing another cam
