Spyware Begone Free Scan Is A NUISANCE

I have gone to my program change/remove programs to remove Spyware Begone Free Scan. I click on change/remove button and get the following message. Header reads jun 6002 AND the message reads Filename is not there. So I click on the OK button and then an Error message appears saying Could not load language file. So I click on that OK button and the whole process starts over again. Meaning that the screen returns as if I haven’t touched it. So I start the process over and I get the same thing over and over again. What do I do to get rid of this NUISANCE. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Sincerely,
