Hi – this is my first time of posting a question so please bear with me! I am using Windows Mail Version 6 with Vista Home Basic. I have POP3 & IMAP accounts which worked fine until I installed Spyware Doctor latest version. Since then, POP3 accounts fine but when trying to view IMAP new emails, it send Windows Mail into Not Responding. If I turn off Intelliguard on Spyware Doctor it works fine but of course, no email is then scanned. Spyware Doctor Support said I should turn off all the intelliguard options and then introduce them one at a time to see what the problem is. I turned them all off expecting the IMAP email to work properly but it didn’t so I gave up on that idea. I think the Spyware Doctor is a great program but is useless if it doesn’t work! Spyware Doctor offered me a refund but that is not the point – I want it to work but they are totally not interested in making it work. Can anyone out there help me?
