Spyware remover or not

By LBSmusica2 ·
I would like to inform people of a very bad spyware removal software that is floating around the internet. The approach is:If your computer is running slow you may have spyware, check now with free online scan. Then it indicates with internet explorer that it is trust worthy, and downloads 21 spyware files to be detected so you would automatically think it was doing it's job.I of course use AD-AWARE SE so I said no but it went ahead and so did I...pull plug. The spyware remover was detected as a threat to my registry files,as detected by AD-AWARE SE.In my opinion the software is not good at all, the name is spyware stormer.Beware spyware stormer with a lightning bolt icon, and only in my opinion. If anyone has had the same problem first 1 will got 200 points.

I have not encountered Spyware Stormer in the wild but it is included by the highly professional site spywarewarrior.com in their list of rogue anti-spyware at http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm.

I was sure that it was a good software. Then when I decided not to let it in my system,it kind of took advantage. That's when it did not,how can I say "obey" well take control then.I took over and shut down. Then I ran Ad-Aware SE and it detected it as a data miner and registry treat 21 files in my system. The most I've ever had was 2,amnt,caselmedia just tracker cookies. So anyone else that encounterS the try me download scan let me know. Thanks All

If you try the spyware stormer scan,I hope you have Ad-Aware SE or another good spyware detector to help find the stormer files that it puts on.The downloaded files, just remove from remove progs in control panel.I had a hard time when I click no not to download the scan.I guess it spammed me by putting it on anyway.Give it a try, maybe I'm wrong. In my opinion.

AD-AWARE SE to me is the best I have come across so far.Been using now for 3 years.Popup stopper with Ad-Aware se helps deter those pesky popups and software installs you do not want. Both I recommend as a long time user.

I would advise all to go to www.sgtgeek.com and view the Software and internationally aclaimed Security Forum.

These areas are viewable without joining the completely free/ no adware/no malware site.

You could save yourselves a lot of troubles.
