I have recently noticed, as im sure you all have, a steady increase in problem caused by spyware. At first it was fairly easily solved by running spybot or ad-aware. However it has gotten much worse the last few months. It has gotten to the point now where it has become an everyday thing for our tech’s, causing many more service calls. It has gotten much harder to fix the problems that are directly associated with the spyware infections such as error messages and other various strange happenings. I was curious how others were handling this problem. Things such as preventative maintenance or any other hints on things to do would be great.
