SQL Null Password

I recently read the report on the SQL worm that exploits the default null password for the sa account, My problem is that I have several locations that use MSDE, and the default sa account is also set to null, and it seems to me that I read in the documentation that the only way to change the sa user password was with SQL enterprise manager, I don’t have access to these database servers with enterprise manager, it seems I am S.O.L.,,, unless one of you geniuses knows of a way to change this password from the osql shell. Please help as these databases are exposed on the Internet. No choice.
