compatibility with Sybase Openclient 12.5
picks up the database settings from sql.ini file
But when try to login. It hangs with no error message
This works fine with Sybase 11.xxx version
Need to understand what configuration setting SQL programmer requires to look sybase 12.5 db library
or some thing else
