SQL Server 2005 Developer generating svchost.exe error!!!!!

Hi guys, have been hunting round the net and what have you but can’t seem to find anything which particularily relates to this situation!!!

I installed SQLS2005 developer to my pc for db testing for a new website i’m building, however now my pc keeps generating svchost.exe errors on startup, causing my network and sound cards to play up!!!!

As soon as I uninstall SQL all is well again!!!!!

Any ideas what this could be and how to resolve it!???
