hey I want to secure my database's mdf file, which can not be open from Enterprise.

Anyone who can reach the database server, with a valid user name and password, that maps to a database user, can use enterprise to do exactly what that user can do

That is the security mechanism.

What they can do as that user, which passwords they know, is implementing the security. Nothing to do with whether they are using Enterprise, external links from Excel or a VB app you wrote yesterday.

You are looking at it from the wrong end, you don't use applications to secure your data, you use the database to do it, via tools such as enterprise.
