SQL termination error

I’ve been getting variations of this error (only the process number changes) from my SQL 7.0 server. never had any problems until a few days ago. not too familiar with SQL, so any help would be appreciated. tks.

btw, i’m using Goldmine with sql handling the database.

SqlDumpExceptionHandler: Process 43 generated fatal exception c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. SQL Server is terminating this process.
