We have been using MS Word 97 for three years at our lawfirm and our users frequently complain about the Standard toolbar buttons “disappearing”. The outline of the toolbar remains, but the buttons are no longer visible. We have done research in Microsoft’s KB with no avail. If anyone has an answer to this it would be most helpful.
