Start Menu Problem in XP

I have customized my Start Menu to show My Computer as a Menu rather than a link.
Now the problem is that I have 10 Users on My system with 5 Administrators.
And the My Computer Menu shows 10 times “My Documents” but I would like to have it as “username’s Documents”. It will reduce the confusion when i am seeing a particular users documents.
But when I open My Computer; it shows them normally as “username’s Documents”.

How do I make this change in the Start Menu>My Computer Menu?
