Please find the problem of Windows as follows:
When we start a program and it response very slowly when handling large file sizes.
When using the task manager and go to processes tab like (winword.exe) select winword.exe ad after right click it set priority to real-time after that the application works fine.
All we need is to find permanent way this software like winword.exe is always start by default with priority set to real-time either via registry or via systems policy in server.
