start run application

I’m a big fan of launching programs using start–>run then typing a command in such as: msimn, iexplore techrepublic.com, iexplore hotmail.com, winword, excel, etc.

I want to be able to take control of this list so that I can do things like export it and rebuild it on command and so forth.
