The company ask to develop a helpdesk solution on sharepoint.
Now that sharepoint 2010 is in rtm, which sharepoint version should I use. 2007 or 2010?
I can’t still make a decision of the two since in 2007, there is this so called Helpdesk template and has the given workflows, task, arrange in a matter of a helpdesk.
Future projects in sharepoint will be blogs, company intranet site.
I just had my sharepoint 2007 training last month so I am not still inexperience with sharepoint.
The problem is that there is no helpdesk template in 2010. Could it be easily done?
Can someone enlighten me 😀
