Startup Error Messages

I have a thinkpad at home running Windows 98SE and I get these error messages every so often and I’m wondering if you guys know what they mean.

When I turn it on, it comes up with:

64960 KB OK
173
163

Then it beeps a few times and this other screen comes up with:

Error
00173
00163

OK Cancel

Then I get this light blue screen with:

Date: 2003 08 27
Time: 21:59:35
OK Cancel

Then a flashing blue box with:

O > I
off on

Is this something simple to fix??

Thank you in advance.
