Startup Problem

The C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\W32SKRNL.DLL file can't load at the desired address and is not retractable, what do I do for this problem?

I think this might work.
Step 1: Reboot your computer and after the initialization screen press the <CTRL> or <F8> key as windows starts to boot if youre successfull you will see a menu with a few options. Select "Command prompt only" and press <ENTER>. Your pc will boot up in dos mode.
Now type "c> ren c:\windows\system\w32skrnl.dll w32skrnl.old"
Press <ENTER> and reboot your computer.
Now Windows will not be able to load that file on the next reboot.

Note : If Windows do not restart in normal or safe mode then you will need to reinstall your opperating system. You can do that with out formating you hard drive or reinstalling all your applications. Mail me for step by step instructions on how to install windows without reformatting your drive

The file seems to belong to Netscape. You can download a copy from http://solo.abac.com/dllarchive/W/w32skrnl.zip.
