I installed a new program for makeing web pages. The program delted files that my shutdown program uses. When I shutdown with my hotfix file, q269523 the cpu fixes and updates but stops after it shutsdown and just leaves me a cuser on the screen.how do i get my files back so that it fixes and updates and shutsdown and reboots like it use to.
