Question

Stay technical or move up to management?

By pkisfaludi ·
Interested to know if anyone is having this problem: talking to many of my peers ( in software engineering field) I found that many of them are reasonably satisfied with their current job. But to consistently increase the salary, the only way looks like moving up into management. How would you go about it, or is there a good way to solve this dilemma (job satisfaction vs salary)?

there are people "executor", and there are careerists who want to achieve something more than to settle for a long time that is. if important to you career, personal growth, increase - then go ahead to new heights!

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.
