Stepping CPU Management Utiliity

Have a new Averatec 3300 Centrino. Great little affordable package but…..most manufacturers include a power management utility to better adjust the adaptive stepping characteristics of the Pentium M chip. Averatec does not.

I’ve searched around and can’t find one. Anyone know where I can get one?
