Still having problems with downloads

I am still having problems downloading the pdf files. I disabled my popup blocker and whenever I click on continue to view nothing happens and there is no other link that comes up that gives me the options to continue to download.

I have seen a problem with PDF's if Windows journal viewer is installed. If installed just uninstall. Not sure if this might be your issue.

Make sure there's not a tool bar at the top of the screen, below your standard tool bars and after you initiate the download. You may have to right click this toolbar and, for example, select truct activex or adobe downloads. Additionally, you may want to consider upgrading your adobe version. Are you having problems downling other files, etc. If yes, reset your tcp/ip configuration relevant to your OS. Hope this helps.

First remove all toolbar which may have pop up blocker, if u have installed any. U can also try IE optimization.
Click start->Run and in the command box type inetcpl.cpl and click ok. In the Internet properties click Advanced.
Click the Restore Defaults button and click Apply.
Now click Security and Click Internet icon in Select a Web content zone option. Click Custom Level button and click Reset button and click Yes to the prompt. Click Ok.
Now click the Privacy tab and select the slider to Medium level and click Apply and Ok.
Check if the issue persists else remove and install adobe acrobat reader.
