Stock sheet

Hi I want to link my invoice to my stock sheet so that when creating the invoice in excel I type in the code name for the goods and the name of item and price will pull through to the invoice and I would also like it to take it off the stock list. Is this possible. Pleeeeeaaaassse help. Thank you.
