Good morning everyone. Here is my problem:
I have a user that started getting the blue screen of death this morning and here is the message:
STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x821DC2C0, 0x821DC434, 0x80604418)
At the bottom it does mention a memory dump. There has been zero hardware upgrades on this PC (I’m the only one that would do those). There was an upgrade to Office 2007 that was over the network (unattended, we are on a military installation). There haven’t been any previous issues with this PC. Could this be a “bad” memory issue. I was told that the base did take the power offline in our building this week-end. Could turning the power back on have created a power surge that damaged the memory (I know they are sensitive)? Thanks for any advice/help.
