I work in a community college Learning Center, and we’re using Mavis Beacon 11. We already knew that it crashes a lot, but one student is having constant problems. We’ve tried changing Mavis CDs, deleting her history (.rec) file in case it was corrupted, and moving her to a different machine, but the crashes still occur every few minutes. Any advice? We are ready to tear our hair out! Thanks!
