Stop message win32k.sys

I have this problem on my SQL server where we have installed remote software, when the server restarted it came up with an stop error message that said KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED on win32k.sys, the specs on the machine is NT4 sp5 with SQL 7
