I am interested in modifying our contract documents so that when we type our clients’ name on the first page of the document, it would automatically appear in various other portions of the contract. Is there a macro that could be used to me this happen. Ideally, we would type the “Client’s Shortname” once and each time this command appeared on subsequent pages, we’d like it to appear automatically. Can this be done?
