Stop stealing our website

How do I prevent someone from stealing our website?
We are a Distance education school and have developed some online courses in XHTML. How can we prevent somneone from just downloading or (grabbing)the whole site. We use IIS and the users nered to authenticate through Win2k Server. Is there a way to wrap up the website to hide it.

The users should only be able to download the pages and graphics. the functional scripts and codes not veiwed can not be downloaded. Have you confirmed that you can steal a working copy of your web site? IIS should prevent this unlessw you allow directory listings.

If you are using dreamweaver by macromedia, there is a box you check so that the whole site/page cannot be downloaded.

Your webmaster should know these things.
