Stored Typed URl

By Da_Showstopper ·
When I type a Url it gets stored. Like for example if I had earlier gone to www.howstuffworks.com before, each time I type "www.h", it guesses that I want to go to "www.howstuffworks.com" and displays it in blue. How do I turn this feauture off and how do I delete the already stored urls.

To turn it off:

Go to Tools, Internet Options, AutoComplete, and uncheck Web Addresses.

To delete stored things, in Tools, Internet Options, General, click Clear History. Or run regedit, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs, and delete everything from the right-hand pane except default.
