Strange e-mail subject line: [Filter Test: C11]

Anyone ever seen this? One of my attorneys is getting this in the title of her e-mails on occasion when e-mailing one of her former colleagues. From what I’ve found online, it looks as though something in the e-mail is triggering a filter, but I’m not sure.

Can someone say for certain (like from personal experience) what this is?
