strange MS Outlook Error
this has stumped a few colleagues here. the error is “Can’t Start Microsoft Outlook” whenever the user tries to start outlook, they get this error. Second, after this error, you also can’t start IE5. Mail is running on MS Exchange and the workstation the user is on is Windows NT 4.0 SP6a. If anyone can help with this error, please respond.
