In Sweden, you don’t need to register a party beforehand. It is perfectly legal to write the name of a party you just invented on the bulletin.
So, about one week after the election, you can get lists of parties that received just a bunch of votes.
Guess what, one of the strangest party names, was two votes for: “pwn DROP TABLE VALJ”
I’m happy the system didn’t break.
