Strange Outlook 98 problem.

by jcoan . Updated 24 years, 9 months ago

I have a user whose exchange mailbox folders don’t seem to refresh properly in Outlook 98. If the user sends an email to herself, and then clicks SEND AND RECEIVE, nothing new shows up in the inbox. In fact, The outbox still shows that it containsone unsent message. As soon as you click on any other folder, and then back on the inbox, the message is received. I’ve created a new Outlook 98 profile, completely uninstalled and reinstalled outlook, cleared out internet temp files, deleted and recreated account on exchange server, all to no avail. If I log into this user’s account on the exchange server from any other workstation, I don’t have the problem. This is on a Pentium II 350 workstation with 128mb ram running Windows 95. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
