i would like to know if it is possible to stream a digital cable signal between 48 -860 mhz over the internet to be receive on the other end by a digital cable receiver.
in my country we have a digital cable service which we receive via yagi 2.4ghz antenna which down converts it to the catv frequency but at my location signal strength is poor so i want to set up an antenna in area with good signal quality and stream it over to my receiver via the internet.
my only other solution is set up my dreambox on one end and stream the video over to my end.
which is the better solution? i have also heard of a slingbox would this stream better than the dreambox
