I have enabled Passwords must meet complexity requirements on a Windows 2000 Domain Controller in the Domain Security Policy and users are still able to use ‘unstrong’ passwords. This DC is the primary DC in a forest. This setting works for all the child domains but not the parent? Any idea’s to get this to work on the parent?
