Is there code available to set the browser default text size so that web pages being displayed are displayed properly for all the different kinds of browsers?

Structuring html tables for viewing

Browsers already have default text sizes; when youre designing a web page, rest assured that the user will set the text size to one that is best for that individual. If you would like to *suggest* a particular font face or size, you can use Cascading Style sheets and set the size as a relative value. This will allow the user to override your suggestion if you made a wrong choice.

Basically, the short answer is that you can't determine what will or will not display properly from the server side. If you write valid and smart HTML, you're pretty much gauranteed that any good web client will properly display your page.
