my problem is the “last known good configuration screen” when windows didnt start successfully, i cant continue to windows only untill that screen, ive tried the recovery console using the windows cd. but when the loading windows files process i think(the ones showing in the bottom) part the pc suddenly restarts, so in short i don’t have access to recovery console.i think it was caused by the old modem i installed but didnt work well. i’ve already removed the modem and it’s the same. pls help thx
