Stuck

Hello

I am the network administer (who doesn’t have much experience yet) and I have a Win2000 PC. Last week I could alter the TCP IP setups using Network & Dial Up Connections but now all the properties buttons and configuration buttons that normally work are greyed out. No one else could have done this though. How do I reverse this problem.
